For customers wanting to build a new home, you are welcome to use one of our floor plans or bring in your own and we will customize it to meet each individual home's needs.  Our itemized budget allows customers to see exactly what they are getting for each dollar they spend.  If need be, we can help secure financing.  While personalization is important to Della Homes, so is timeliness.  From the date of contract signing, most homes are complete in 150 days.
